Requirements

1. Certificate and Diploma in Community Health and Development

The entry requirements for both certificate and diploma courses are a mean grade of D plain and C- (minus) respectively. The exam bodies are KNEC AND ABMA

For one to qualify for the course, he or she should have attained a D+ for certificate and C- Minus for diploma.

2. Certificate and Diploma in Community Development and Social Work

The course is offered for a duration of 1 year and 2 years for certificate and diploma courses respectively. The exam body is KNEC

For one to qualify for the course, he or she should have attained a D+ for certificate and C- Minus for diploma.

3. Diploma in Community Health and HIV/AIDS Management

The minimum requirement for admission for Diploma in Community Health and HIV/AIDS Management is C- (minus) in K.C.S.E or its equivalent as guided by the Ministry of Education. Credit transfers are allowed after vetting is done by the departments H.O.D and Principal.

The course duration is 2 years with 3 months of industrial attachment.

The exam body is ABMA

4. Certificate and Diploma in Counselling Psychology

The course above is offered in a duration of 1 year and 1 ¬Ĺ years for certificate and diploma respectively. The course provides students with the basic psychology knowledge, skills, attitudes and experiences that will enable them to understand fully the behavior patterns of different people for the purposes of intervening appropriately.
