Meet our Leadership
Benjamin Ikenye is a youth medical career trainer & mentor and business operations executive professional with over 20 years of professional work experience in youth career development and mentorship, business operations, staff development, business development & entrepreneurial management, accounting, financial management, and market strategy with a proven ability to impact significant strategic growth and improve company operations with various companies in Kenya. He is a graduate from the University of Nairobi,and Postgraduate from Strathmore University, Lagos Business School in Nigeria, and IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
With expertise in new business setup, business operations, efficiency, customer retention, credit, risk management, and market intelligence experiences, he has been part of founding Imperial College of Medical and Health Sciences since inception in 2021.
As the Managing Director of Imperial College of Medical and Health Science, Ikenye has showcased a clear vision for building a values-driven institution, hence positioning the ICMHS as a leading medical and health college in Kenya, with over 2,000 graduates to date. Under his leadership, the college champions ethics, academic rigor, and strategic organizational leadership in the medical and health sciences space.
